The County of Orange was allocated $65,576,556 from the U.S. Department of the Treasury (Treasury) for the implementation of the Emergency Rental Assistance (ERA) Program. The ERA Program provides funding to assist households that are unable to pay rent and utilities due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

We are hosting our first ever Art Exhibit and we want to feature YOU! Whether you're a painter, photographer, or even writer, we want to feature your work in our exhibit on May 22! 

We welcome all artists to present a piece of artwork that celebrates the diverse identities, cultures, and stories that make up our community. All submitted artworks will be displayed at our art exhibit and be entered for a chance to win some great prizes.

The City of Stanton is proud to announce the CDBG-CV funded Small Business Assistance Program. Grants for the payment of commercial rent and/or commercial utilities (gas, electric, and water) are available to qualified Stanton businesses experiencing financial hardship as a direct result of COVID-19.

At a special meeting held on Monday, Dec. 21, the Stanton City Council voted unanimously to direct the City Attorney’s office to file or join an amicus brief in support of Orange County Sheriff Don Barnes’ challenge to a court order regarding the release of inmates.

Pursuant to the provisions of the Surplus Land Act (California Government Code Section 54220 et seq.) (the “Act”), the City of Stanton (“City”) hereby notifies those entities designated in Section 54222 of the Act of the availability for lease or purchase of the City- and Housing Authority-owned land identified in Exhibit 1 attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference (the “Development Site”), for the purposes authorized in the Act, which land the City has declared surplus by Resolution No. 2020-04, dated October 27, 2020, and prior to the disposition of the Development Site by the City, consistent with the Act and the City’s policies or procedures.
